The Midwest Mule: The Normal Brand

We spent the day partnering with The Normal Brand shooting and photographing their new midwestern take on the Moscow Mule. Their goal is to make sure their midwestern heritage shines through not only in their clothing products but in drinks and mule mugs using rustic liquor flavors to enhance the brand and nostalgia of home. 

The Midwestern Mule Recipe:

1 1/2 oz. Mastermind Vodka
3/4 oz. Big O Ginger Liqueur
1/2 oz. Dark, Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Lime juice
Splash of simple syrup

Shake and strain over ice
Top with tonic
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Garnish with a lime
