Full & Part-time Employment and Jobs

We know there are lots of amazing, talented people out there and wish we had a spot for everyone that wants a shot. You deserve it. But, one of the ways we’re able to do the type of work we love is by keeping our team small and closely knit. Paid Internships

We accept internship applications on case-by-base basis. Internships can require a substantial investment for both parties so we don’t always have the time or capacity for the intensive training often required. While Once Films doesn’t have a formally revolving program, we have had a number of past interns that have found long-term success in our industry. We know the value of opportunity, and enjoy contributing to the growth of talent in our community.

We're in our 12th year of business, with measured growth throughout. We've stayed intentionally small and have thus enjoyed working on projects that enrich our lives. As mentioned above, video campaigns have helped raise nearly $1 Billion in donations towards non-profits both within Saint Louis and beyond. Our work takes us across the county, and occasionally overseas, to bring to life stories of positive impact and awareness. Our commercial work is engaging and often borders on documentary-style original content.

Just as our work's function has been successful, its form has been recognized for its quality. We've been honored with a CLIO Award, five National Addys from the American Advertising Federation, 24 EMMY Awards, four Communication Arts Magazine features, and countless industry awards. We take our craft seriously and have the workflow and process to bring an artful solution to every project challenge.

Our studio is located in Midtown Alley, Saint Louis. It's an extension of our overall ethos. After a year-long renovation process, we turned a historic building in our neighborhood into a modern and sustainable workplace. Once Films is 100% solar-powered, and we reduce, reuse, and recycle whenever possible. Our space is adorned with the work of local makers, friends, and clients, and isn't a cookie-cutter "creative space."

As we head into the future, the demand for our work grows, and we will continue with high standards, an organic and agile approach to the projects we tackle and enjoy the responsibility of painting the people and organizations we work within the best light possible.
