Wow, we’re definitely honored!

The Building St. Louis Awards celebrate the commercial real estate projects completed in the prior year that had the biggest impact - economically, socially, or otherwise. The Once Films studio was selected as the winner for “Renovation or Conversion, $5 Million or Less.” That’s a huge deal and we’re humbled to be in the company of the other amazing developments in our city!
