Chris Ryan - Principal; Producer / Director

When a tornado rips through a small midwestern town, Chris is there to help. As a member of Team Rubicon he volunteers his time and talents whenever and wherever disaster strikes. As a search and rescue certified, licensed paramedic, gifted photographer and filmmaker, Chris is calm under fire, and is one of the more interesting guys you'll ever meet.

With an easy-going nature and an ability to connect with most anyone from backroads to boardrooms, it's no wonder the footage Chris brings back is always engaging. From Peru to the Philippines, his ability to make friends, fit in, and get the job done is remarkable. We are exceedingly proud to have Chris leading us forward.    @ChrisAtOnce

Whitney Gable - Producer / Production Coordinator

Whitney is a mid-westerner with an integrity and work ethic to match. After spending a few years out in L.A. learning the ropes of studio production, she gravitated back home to Once. While quick to credit everyone around her, it is Whitney who makes things happen. Whether it's sinking three-pointers on the basketball court or keeping multiple client films humming along right on schedule, Whitney executes.

Her roots run deep here in St. Louis, and her smile lights up any room. We are grateful to have Whitney keeping Once Films on track and moving forward.

Eric Cloutman - Producer

Eric is a dedicated family man. When not playing with his kids you can find this Jeep-driving, Tough Mudder running through the woods with his buddies. Eric's calm and patient demeanor makes any 11th-hour client request a breeze. His quiet self-confidence pervades the room, and things just flow when he is at the controls.

Integrity and follow-through are an integral part of Eric's character. From in-house creative teams to corporate clientele, Eric loves working with people and molding their creative ideas into a visual reality.

Kathy McGuire-Mullins - Rep

A small farm-town gal with city sensibilities, Kathy values honesty, hard work and strong relationships. She has worked on both sides of the client/creative process from advertising agencies to production & post houses, giving her a 360º view of the process to better serve our Clients’ needs.

When not bending over backwards for Clients, she’s bending in downward dog on the yoga mat or tending to her gardens.

Hannah Hill - Editor

When Hannah laughs you can't help but join in. Her youthful enthusiasm is abundant both at home catching frogs or editing short films. Lucky for us, she loves editing most of all. Possessing an innate intuition for the relationship between film and music, she finds just the right tracks and cuts to make each film perfect.

Having lived in in Italy, Germany and Japan, Hannah now calls St. Louis and Once Films home. Hannah's uninhibited present-moment zest for life makes coming to work at Once a joy each and every day.

Dylan Kaericher - Production Assistant

Formerly dubbed Dyl-Intern by the Once Films crew, Dylan excels at all tasks big and small as our Production Assistant. His positive attitude, endless curiosity and eagerness to learn are just a few of the things we love about him.

Whether it's manning a camera, going through hours of footage, or managing all things 'behind the scenes', Dylan does it all with a smile and a great sense of humor to boot.

Arlene Browne - Media & Community Relations

Arlene’s passion is people and bringing out the best in those around her. With an extensive background in marketing, public relations, social media networking and development, she's a connector. When she is not working on building her family business, or doing the latest workout craze, Arlene dedicates herself to helping Once Films tell its story.

Arlene is devoted to her family, including two beautiful children, and works tirelessly to support the arts, education, and children’s charities in the community.
