Walmart is growing and needs enthusiastic new recruits to fill the ranks of up-and-coming store managers. The challenge was to overcome the skepticism with which many potential candidates approached the company's recruitment website. Authenticity and interviews with real store managers engaged this audience, changed minds and increased applications. In the process, Once Films learned that Walmart is actually a very green company, one that really cares about its store managers.

Once Films is proud to work with nonprofits like Safe Connections, a place where violence ends and healthy relationships begin. With a documentary-style short film approach, Once Films worked with the agency to create a real connection with viewers. This testimonial video was used at the organization's big annual fundraising event with great success. It is also used as a sales video and lives online as a web-based brand film.

Once Films put together a film for Veran using physicians' own testimonials. With technical expertise and story-telling savvy, our award-winning team produced a product profile that addresses the needs of the hospital administrators and physicians who will be viewing it. His father started out in an "itty-bitty" store after working as a door-to-door salesman in the '60s. Today, Brook Dubman runs a larger business and shares in the legacy of giving begun by his dad. The Jewish Community Foundation of St. Louis helps families like Brook's secure a lasting impact on the communities they endow. Once Films captured this connection through the mission-focused stories it produced for JCF. How much money can you spend on yourself, asks Brook. This open-hearted testimonial helps us all answer that question.
