Because Things Have Changed

We all see it in our daily lives. Time crunched and tech savvy, we can all now avoid “Interruption Marketing”. Tivo, voice mail, spam filters, the demise of print, the rise of iPads - the marketing landscape has changed.  Now when a buying decision presents itself most of us do our research online instead of waiting for a TV commercial to tell us what to buy. This shift is driving the growth of web video.

At Once Films we create short films, shot in a flattering documentary style. Films so good that people actually seek them out, watch them and share them. Films so authentic and moving that they connect with the heart - a place where buying decisions are made. 

We approach our work like art – not marketing.  A difference that audiences appreciate and reward.

At Once, we’re masters of the interview. We keep our subjects authentic. Their stories succinct, and interesting. Their messaging on target. They’re the stars of our films because they are the companies they represent. We make them look great on film.

We shoot everything on location. And with all the production values of movies and television that audiences have come to expect. HD cameras, jibs and cranes, lights, steady cams, underwater cameras - the works. Beautiful lighting, silky smooth camera moves, and crisp clean audio – we earn our cinematography awards on every shoot.

And we do it all in a low impact and respectful manner. We understand that our client’s place of business isn’t a Hollywood movie set. Our light and fast documentary filmmaking approach ensures that your business stays productive.

Our edit team is one of the best in the country. Tellys, AIGAs, Addys – our post production team has won them all. No big egos here though, we see filmmaking very much as a collaborative affair. We partner with our clients to produce a finished film that looks and feels true to them. We craft and polish until it’s a perfect piece - one that has the desired effect on the audience and the client’s bottom line.
